There is a known issue with the PayPal Dispute Resolution Centre (eBay Australia). If you are trying to file an item not received ( non-receipt) dispute or claim within the PayPal Dispute Resolution Centre you may receive an error message.

If you receive this error message, please call PayPal Customer Service to have your claim manually lodged or escalated to a dispute.
