During the Get 3 Free First Time Seller Promotion, new eBay sellers who create up to three Auction-style listings will not be charged insertion and Gallery Plus upgrade fees for those listings. In order to qualify for the special offer, you must not have sold on eBay before, and must list your first three items during the promotional period (February 14-23, 2009).

This promotion will not apply to eBay Motors Vehicles listings (including Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, and Other Vehicles), or to International, Live Auction, Real Estate, Ad Format, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings.
