eBay is promoting a new service called the Seller OnRamp team.  Seller OnRamp is eBay's official phone consulting program offered at no cost to qualified business sellers. OnRamp consultants help new business sellers with best practices and tips to start and grow their business on eBay.

If you request a free consultation, eBay is offering up to $10 Listing Fee credit.  There are qualifications to receive the credit.  Here are the details:

*To qualify for listing fee credits up to $10, the seller must have a registered account in good standing with eBay and complete one appointment with the Seller OnRamp team during the promotion period. Only listings starting between April 10, 2008 and June 10, 2008 ("promotion period") on www.ebay.com are eligible for this promotion. Listings starting before or after the promotion period are not eligible.

The listing fee credits do not apply to listings with a start date prior to the beginning of the promotion period, including those listings revised during the promotion period. The listing fee credits also do not apply to listings created during the promotion period but scheduled to start after end of the promotion period. This promotion only includes insertion fees on eligible auction and fixed price listings. Store listings are not included in this promotion.

The listing fee credits, up to a total value of $10, will be applied to sellers' registered account and will be reflected in the sellers' invoice by July 31, 2008. If the credit has not been fully used up by June 10, 2008, the listing fee credits will expire. The listing fee credits can only be applied to the same eBay account that is on record with the Seller OnRamp program. The credits cannot be transferred to another eBay account and cannot be paid out in cash.
