To take advantage of these rates, you should ensure your PayPal Shipping Preferences include your UPS account number.

The process to update your PayPal Shipping Preferences is shown below. If your PayPal Shipping Preferences have been properly updated with the account number above, your shipping labels reflect the new rates.
Instructions for Updating Your Shipping Preferences in PayPal:
  1. Go to www.paypal.com and log into your PayPal account.
  2. Click on the "Profile" tab
  3. Under the "Selling Preferences" column, click "Shipping Preferences"
  4. Scroll down to the "UPS Information" section. Your UPS account number should be listed. If not, click the "Add new or existing UPS account information" link under that section and follow the corresponding instructions.

Also, in order for you and your prospective buyers to see these new rates in the eBay calculator, you must update your eBay Preferences. The process to update your eBay Preferences is shown below.

Instructions for Updating Your eBay Shipping Calculator:
  1. Go to www.ebay.com and log into your eBay account. Click on the "My eBay" link
  2. Select "Preferences" under My Account (left side of screen)
  3. Under "Selling Preferences" you will find an option labeled "Combined payments and shipping discounts", click "Show"
  4. Under "Offer this UPS shipping rate" option, click "Edit"
  5. Select "UPS Daily Rate" and click on the "Save Settings" button
