eBay is reminding sellers that the UPS rate change will be effective Monday, December 31, 2007.  The new rates will be programmed into eBay's shipping calculator as well as the PayPal Label Printing Solution.  If you use UPS and do not use the shipping calculator provided by eBay, when you relist or schedule listings to launch after the rate change, you'll want to be sure you have adjusted your shipping rates so you don't short-change yourself!

Here is eBay's official announcement:

Hi everyone. This is Kristina Klausen from eBay's Shipping team. I would like to remind buyers and sellers that UPS rates will be changing effective Monday, December 31, 2007. The new rates will be reflected in the eBay Shipping Calculator [http://pages.ebay.com/services/buyandsell/shippingcenter7.html] and the PayPal Label Printing Solution [http://pages.ebay.com/services/buyandsell/shippingcenter9.html] early in the morning, December 31, 2007.

Sellers who are listing items with UPS shipping services that are expected to ship on or after Monday, December 31, 2007 should take the rate change into account at the time of the listing.

Further information about the rate change is available at http://www.ups.com/rates/.

Sincerely,

Kristina Klausen
