PM plus 59 seconds). Listings created prior to September 26, 2006 and scheduled
to start during the promotional period (September 26-27, 2006) will be eligible
for the promotional rate. Take advantage of this promotion and add Subtitle to
all your listings so you can tell buyers more about your items!
This promotion will not apply to the following types of listings:
International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Motors Vehicles and
