eBay Canada sellers can receive a Free Shipping Kit when they print a Canada Post label during the month of May.  Here are the instructions:

 Hi, I’m Ira Grossman from eBay Canada’s Shipping team and I’d like to take a moment to let you know about a limited time special offer from Canada Post.

During the month of May, print a Canada Post shipping label using eBay’s online shipping tool and receive a Free Shipping Kit.

What’s in the Shipping Kit?

  • Stack & Weigh Scale: to help you calculate the weight of your packages;
  • Measuring Tape: to help you measure the dimensions of your packages;
  • eBay Packs: to ship your items in;
  • Labelopes: self-adhesive plastic pouches for shipping labels or Customs documentation to affix to your packages;
  • Canada Post’s Step-by-Step Shipping Guide: to give you valuable tips on shipping your eBay items;
  • eBay Special Consulting Offer: to give you expert selling advice and help you create a profitable eBay business quickly and easily.

How to get your Free Shipping Kit:

After you sell an item, print a Canada Post shipping label by clicking on the “Print Shipping Label” button in My eBay or on your Closed Item Page on eBay, or the “Ship” button in your PayPal Account Overview.

Once you have printed your label, simply fill out the request form for your FREE kit. Note that you will need your Canada Post item number or reference number (found on your printed shipping label or your shipment’s confirmation email from PayPal).

Remember, printing labels is free with eBay’s Online Shipping tool, you pay only for the cost of postage! If you have not yet printed a label, I encourage you to take the shipping labels tutorial.
