The health of your computer is vital to your eBay business.  Your identity information is priceless.  Please be sure your are running up-to-date security software on your computer, including spyware protection, virus protection and a firewall.  There are many good programs out there, both for a registration fee and for free download.
 
Within the last few days, there have been infected posts on the eBay Message Boards.   If you clicked on a link in an eBay message board post, especially one that had to do with free listing or how to avoid eBay fees, run your virus protection and spyware protection immediately.  Seller's accounts have been hijacked and listings, purchases, and message boards posts made in their names. 
 
Be sure you are running your virus/spyware protection every day!  The scammers don't take a day off, so you can't affort to either!  We'll put together a list of some of the popular software protection for you in another post.
