If you're selling toys on eBay for the holiday season,
don't forget to check your circulars and internet sites for items that went on
sale since you purchased them. You can call customer service or bring the
receipt to the store, and get a price adjustment.
For instance, at Toys"R"Us, the Doodle Pony was $14.99
last week, and this week it's on sale for $7.99 (prices may vary according to
area). That's a great savings!
Also, we're getting close to the wire, but if you're
ordering toys online, and there's a free shipping offering, consider ordering
the items separately. Especially for larger items, like the Barbie Dancing
Princesses carriage, you'll have a box to ship each item in.
Be aware, though, if it's a hot item, you may run
the risk of the item going "out of stock" before you can go back to place
additional orders for the item.
