If you're buying toys for re-sale during the holiday season, you may be paying full price to stock up on a  Hot Toy before the toy is sold-out.  So, don't forget to mark your calendar to check the Sunday sale circulars for toys that have been reduced in price.

Most stores--Wal-Mart,  Target, Toys"R"Us--have a price adjustment policy, and if that full-price toy you purchased goes on sale, you can have the difference refunded to you.  There's usually a time limit, so be sure to check with the store you purchased from, how long you have.

You don't usually need to bring the items back to the store, just the receipt.  Many online stores have the same price adjustment policy.  You can save a lot of money by taking 10 or 15 minutes to breeze through those sales flyers!
