eBay US is offering the "border" listing upgrade fo a quarter!  Usually, the border upgrade is $3.  This upgrade will set your listing apart from the other!  Remember, if you use a listing upgrade during a special promotion, and the item does not sell, remove the listing upgrade before re-listing, or eBay will charge you the full $3 on the relist!  Here are the details:
 
Starting Tuesday, January 31, 2006 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on January 31, 2006) and ending 23:59:59 PT on Wednesday, February 1, 2006(11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
 
For Auction-style, Fixed Price, Ad Format listings (those that will run for less than or equal to 30 days) the fee for Border will be 25ยข on the U.S. www.eBay.com and Motors (non-vehicles only) www.eBayMotors.com sites.Please see the chart below for details. Listings created prior to January 31, 2006 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period January 31 - February 1, 2006 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

All other fees (Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees**) will still be charged.

The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during January 31 - February 1, 2006, but scheduled to start after the promotion ends February 1, 2006.
