July 20, 2005 | 12:16PM PST/PT In early August, we will be updating several of our site emails, such as End of Auction notices and Bid Confirmations. These emails will soon have a more consistent design intended to make it easier for you to quickly find the most important information. In addition, these emails will now include a standard user greeting consisting of your first and last name and User ID. This should better help you determine whether an email is actually from eBay.
