DOUA was formed with the vision of giving the differently-abled a chance to expand their world via selling on the internet. DOUA does not charge for any of their services, ever!!! This is a volunteer based program and a not for profit organization.
The Disabled Online Users Association (DOUA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1998 with the sole purpose of bringing the online world of business to the disabled.
